Course

Two Mile Run rises about 3 miles (4.8 km) west-southwest of Lewis Run, Pennsylvania, and then flows northwest to meet West Branch Tunungwant Creek about 4 miles (6.4 km) west-northwest of Lewis Run, Pennsylvania.

Watershed
